When a mom works from home not only does she get the benefit of working from home but the kids benefit as well. The work form home mom can be there when the kids get home from school. She can be there to help them with their homework. The work from home mom makes her own hours. You have to find the perfect balance of work and home. It is difficult but it can be done.

Most kids whose moms work during the day either come home to an empty house in the past years these kids were called Latch Key Kids. If they are too young to come home by themselves, they may go to an after school program or they can be with a babysitter. Either one of these choices does not equal Mom. When a child comes home from school, especially the younger kids, they want to see mom.

They love the fact when they open the door or get out from school mom is there to open the door or pick them up from school. Kids get the benefit of not missing their mom when they get home. They do not have to go to an after school program and not get picked up until 6pm. They don’t have enough time when they get home with eating dinner, doing homework and taking a bath by time they do all that, the night is over.

Kids whose moms work at home are definitely getting a bigger advantage than kids whose moms work. They get a lot more attention and they get doted on a lot. The mom helps with homework; they can make dinner together and spend twice as much time with the kids. Unfortunately, not all moms can work from home but those who do, take advantage of the extra time you have with your kids.
